📍 What you need to know!

At plantiez, we want to offer you the best possible products at the best possible price and not make you wait long for your long-awaited product after placing your order!

Once a day, we check our orders in the store and place them directly for you. Your products are then produced fresh for you, which takes about 2-3 days. ⚙️

The product then makes its way to you. Here too, it can take another 3-4 days before you can proudly hold your product or gift in your hands! 🙌

If it takes a little longer (what sometimes can happen), we ask for your understanding - we are always available for you by email or chat and will provide you during the waiting time with valuable plant tips! 😉
